Maintenance Projects
It is extremely important that maintenance of a property is kept up to date in order to protect the building fabric. We carry out inspections of any type of property in order to report on the general condition with a view to recommending the scope of any maintenance work required.
We are then able to write specifications for the maintenance work, prepare tender documents for building contractors, report on the tenders received, and subsequently administer a building contract for the various works.
