GKR ASSOCIATES is a small building surveying practice based in Watford in Hertfordshire. Most of our work is for clients throughout the general London area and the Northern Home Counties. The director of the firm is Graham Richards who set up the company in 2001, having been involved in building surveying since 1988, and who qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1990. He is currently a member of the RICS Conservation Forum. The company aims to provide a thorough and personal service at competitive fee levels, and is committed to regular continuing professional development training. Our clients currently include a mix of private individuals and commercial organisations.
